Call for Abstracts and Registration Are Open for ISSCR 2023 Annual Meeting 14-17 June 2023
Skokie, IL - Abstracts and registration are open for the ISSCR 2023 Annual Meeting, the most comprehensive gathering of scientists in stem cell research and regenerative medicine in the world. Taking place 14-17 June 2023 in Boston, USA, a global powerhouse for biomedical innovation, this hallmark event, co-sponsored by BlueRock Therapeutics, offers attendees opportunities for scientific exchange and relationship building for an unparalleled experience that showcases the year’s most compelling stem cell research and clinical breakthroughs.
“The society is thrilled to be back in Boston, one of the finest destinations for biotechnology research in the world,” Haifan Lin, PhD, ISSCR President said. “We have had a year of exciting research in the field, including significant clinical advances that are driving us toward new innovations that have the potential to alleviate intractable diseases and disorders. The ISSCR 2023 Annual Meeting will highlight the best and most compelling stem cell science worldwide.”
Submit an abstract by 8 February 2023 to be considered for an oral presentation and to qualify for Travel and Merit Awards. Late-breaking abstracts will be open from 22 February to 22 March 2023 and will be considered for poster presentations. Take advantage of early registration through 8 March 2023. Virtual options are available.
ISSCR 2023 will feature unpublished research that explores new technologies and clinical applications of stem cell research. Each day is focused around one or more of five, defined scientific themes that guide attendees to key sessions aligned with research interests. Attendees will be able to take part in dedicated poster sessions on site and peruse the virtual Poster Theater at any time, with options for in person and virtual attendees to interact and to schedule meetings with all of the scientific program presenters. All attendees will have access to sessions on demand for 30 days after the meeting concludes.
New this year is an opportunity for ISSCR members to design a scientific session – to take a deep dive on a scientific topic not already explored in the annual meeting program. Science Spotlight sessions are a chance for early-career scientists and students to bring together presenters from across the field into a session that presents several new areas of research related to a particular topic.
