The ISSCR Will Release Updated Guidelines for Stem Cell Research and Clinical Translation in May
Skokie, IL - The International Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR), the largest professional organization of stem cell researchers from around the world, announced that the society’s updated Guidelines for Stem Cell Research and Clinical Translation will be released in May 2021.
The ISSCR Announces Election of New Officers and Members of the Board of Directors
Skokie, IL – The International Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR) is pleased to announce the results of its 2021 election. Amander Clark, PhD, Professor and Chair of the Department of Molecular Cell and Developmental Biology, UCLA, USA will become the next vice president of the ISSCR. Fiona Doetsch, PhD, Professor of Molecular Stem Cell Biology at the Biozentrum at the University of Basel, Switzerland was elected Clerk.

Skokie, IL – The ISSCR 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting is the one, most comprehensive gathering of scientists in stem cell research and regenerative medicine in the world. Taking place 21-26 June 2021, this hallmark event offers attendees the opportunity share knowledge, collaborate, and network in a new, state-of-the art, interactive virtual meeting experience. Registration is open for the Annual Meeting and for the pre-meeting Workshop on Clinical Translation held 7 June, 2021. The International Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR) launches a new scientific series today, Stem Cells and Global Sustainability, which explores the intersection of stem cell science and global sustainability issues. Janet Rossant Receives the 2021 ISSCR Achievement Award
