Engaging in stimulating scientific discussions with scientists from various fields and learning new things every day motivates me. I find it very rewarding when other researchers build on my experiments or conclusions.

I am motivated by generating knowledge and unique contributions to science. The most rewarding part of the process are the rare Eureka moments, whether they are ideas born out of the constant intellectual challenge or initial experimental findings validating our working hypothesis.

Webinars and online resources provide help to stay on top of recent advancements in the field. Finally, the ISSCR annual meetings are an important stage where to showcase our latest research, connect with peers and learn about new technologies.
